This morning, Matt and I kicked off his birthday by getting coffee from Bean Traders, an independent coffee shop near our house. After work tonight, we'll be going to dinner at Trilussa, a great Italian restaurant in Chapel Hill that Matt discovered while planning our one-year dating anniversary back in 2004. Then, we'll end the day like we started it: with coffee. This time, however, we'll be going to Caribou Coffee on Franklin Street.
Those of you who know Matt know how great of a guy he is. As a popular song out right now says, I'm "lucky to be in love with my best friend." Happy birthday, Dr. Taylor!
