Like many of our friends and family members in other states, we got snow on Monday; along with it came a somewhat unexpected day off from work. Our recipe for a fun snow day included several parts Wii (our games of cow racing have gotten a bit intense) mixed together with lunch at Southpoint Mall and a matinee movie. They ought to shut down the office more often.
North Carolina isn't known for handling its snow well; however, we're guessing our neighborhood is high on the snow plow priority list since we're located near a major mall and Interstate 40. Clearly, we weren't confined to the house.
